HOW TO MAKE TACO BELL COPYCAT CHIPS AND CHEESE SAUCE
Let’s be honest. This is the nacho cheese sauce that we are all craving. I am always amazed by how quickly it disappears as I blissfully devour the pouch of chips. The world needs more of this right now. And we have your at-home recipe perfected to the last drop!
Scoop a cup of Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese into a medium sized saucepan. As you slowly simmer this cheese sauce, begin adding cubes of cream cheese and tablespoon of butter. Stir until mixed thoroughly! Once melted and mixed, add Worcestershire and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and stir.

Ingredients

1 Cup Sharp Pub Cheese (we use Rondele Cheddar Pub Cheese)
2 TBS Butter
1 Cup Cream Cheese
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
10 drops, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter, cheddar pub cheese, and cream cheese. Stir constantly until all is melted and mixed over low heat.
Add Worcestershire and Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. Serve warm!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to one month. Heat before serving.
