Orange Juice Pecan Cake Recipe

I come from a long line of bakers. My great-grandma loved to bake. My grandma loves to bake. My mom loves to bake.

Most of my childhood memories are of baking with my mom and grandmothers. My great-grandma taught me how to make her pie crust and jelly tarts. My grandma taught me how to make her fudgy brownies, and my mom is the master of all cookies everywhere.

5 generations of bakers

Now that I’m a mom, I’m passing the tradition of baking onto my own kids. Not to toot my own horn, but I’ve become sort of “known” for my Orange Juice Pecan Cake.

It’s a bundt – which basically already means it’s going to be delicious.

And it’s made with Florida’s Natural® Brand Orange Juice which just doubles down on the likelihood of it being the best cake ever.

Pecans add a protein-packed “crust” while Florida’s Natural® adds the perfect balance of sweet and citrus.

This cake has quickly become a weekend tradition, and it’s my go-to recipe to bring to brunch. (Psst – could someone please invite me to brunch? I’ll bring a cake!)

Florida’s Natural is baked right into the cake, giving it a lovely golden color and citrusy flavor.

It’s also included in the glaze topping – which my husband says is the best part of the entire cake.

Follow the steps below to make this Orange Juice Pecan Cake for your family. It may even become part of your family tradition!
