Lemonade Smoothie Bowls
Spring is finally here, and after a long winter, we’re spending as much time outside as possible. Living so close to Lake Michigan, we’re hiking the dunes and walking the beach – just waiting for the water to be warm enough to dip our toes in.
With warmer weather comes a craving for fruit, veggies and everything that screams summer.
So, I’m teaming up with Florida’s Natural® Brand Lemonades to share three smoothie bowl recipes – each featuring one of their delicious flavors of lemonade as an ingredient. They’re sure to fuel your fun all spring long.
We only Drink Florida’s Natural
I’ve been saying for years that we’re a Florida’s Natural family, and that means their lemonades too. They’re made from real ingredients and use real cane sugar with no high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients or preservatives.
They come in five refreshing flavors and are delicious on their own or mixed into your favorite cocktail, turned into a frozen treat, or even used in marinades and salad dressings.
And, of course, smoothie bowls! Lemonade is such a fun addition to smoothie bowls, adding a freshness and citrus flavor perfect for summer. The different flavors of Florida’s Natural Lemonades add an extra flavor twist, and are a fun way for the entire family to customize their smoothie bowls to their tastes!
How to Make Lemonade Smoothie Bowls
Smoothie bowls are the thicker version of a smoothie. Eaten with a spoon, they allow you to add extra toppings like fresh fruit, granola and coconut.
While they’re usually eaten for breakfast, we’ve found that they make a perfect lunch, snack or dinner, too (in summer anything goes!). Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite ways to enjoy seasonal fruits, and Florida’s Natural Lemonades are the perfect warm-weather addition with their bright, delicious flavor.
First, blend your ingredients. You’ll see the full recipes below, but this usually involves frozen fruit, Greek yogurt and, in these new recipes, lemonade.
Once blended, you simply pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
Our Favorite Smoothie Bowl Toppings
The toppings are the best part of smoothie bowls, and the options are endless. Here are a few of our favorites:

- Shredded coconut
- Mini chocolate chips
- Sliced banana
- Strawberries
- Blueberries

- Chia Seeds
- Raspberries
- Peaches
