Put yogurt in paper towel-lined sieve over bowl to drain. Refrigerate for one hour.
In separate bowl, mix drained yogurt, chocolate, honey, orange zest, orange juice and chopped strawberries.
Spoon onto shortcake.
Top with sliced strawberries.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
