Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (3 Ingredients – no flour!)

My kids love to help in the kitchen, and this easy peanut butter cookie recipe only has three ingredients – and no flour! Perfect for little helpers in the kitchen.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (3 Ingredients – no flour!)

  • Total Time: 28 mins

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • Sugar (for rolling cookies)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Roll 1 tbsp of cookie dough into a ball and roll it in sugar.
  3. Repeat.
  4. Place dough balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Pat down with fork.
  5. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
  • Prep Time: 20 mins
  • Cook Time: 8 mins
