Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (3 Ingredients - no flour!)
- Total Time: 28 mins
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- Sugar (for rolling cookies)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Roll 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball and roll it in sugar.
- Repeat.
- Place dough balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Pat down with fork.
- Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
- Prep Time: 20 mins
- Cook Time: 8 mins
