My kids love to help in the kitchen, and this easy peanut butter cookie recipe only has three ingredients – and no flour! Perfect for little helpers in the kitchen.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (3 Ingredients – no flour!)


  • Prep Time: 20 mins
  • Cook Time: 8 mins
  • Total Time: 28 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • Sugar (for rolling cookies)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Roll 1 tbsp of cookie dough into a ball and roll it in sugar.
  3. Repeat.
  4. Place dough balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Pat down with fork.
  5. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

    Thank you for sharing this recipe! My daughter loves it when I make PB cookies with kisses on top at the Holidays but this year I figured I couldn’t make them for her because she has Celiac’s disease. This makes me very, very happy! Thanks again!

    Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. My son is eating gluten and sugar-free – with Splenda substituted for the sugar, these are cookies he can eat.

    Making these now with chocolate chips … They were no where near done in 8 minutes. Not sure if it’s the chocolate chips or my stove. My house smells delish though and I can’t wait until they are done!
