  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar (you could also use lemon juice if needed)
  • Lite canned coconut milk – or the dairy-free milk of your choice

Instructions

  1. Add vinegar to a glass measuring cup.
  2. Pour in coconut milk until you reach one cup of total liquid.
  3. Stir well and use immediately.

Notes

Use as a 1:1 substitute for buttermilk.
