- Lite canned coconut milk – or the dairy-free milk of your choice
Instructions
- Add vinegar to a glass measuring cup.
- Pour in coconut milk until you reach one cup of total liquid.
- Stir well and use immediately.
Notes
Use as a 1:1 substitute for buttermilk.
