Yummy Blueberry Muffin Waffles in the Dash Mini Waffle Maker

Take your blueberry muffins to the next level when you make them in your Dash Mini Waffle Maker. They’re soft on the inside and crispy on the outside and oh, so delicious!

  • Total Time: 7 - 10 min
  • Yield: 6 - 12

Ingredients

  • One box Blueberry Muffin mix (we like Krusteaz Gluten Free), or your favorite blueberry muffin recipe
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Dash Mini Waffle Maker

Instructions

  1. Prepare blueberry muffins per package or recipe instructions.
  2. Plug in Dash Mini Waffle Maker and wait for indicator light to go off to show that it’s ready to use.
  3. Spray both top and bottom plates with nonstick cooking spray. You will need to do this with every single waffle.
  4. Fill bottom plate with blueberry muffin batter. Do not overfill. Close lid and cook for 2-5 minutes (Ours were perfect at 2 1/2 minutes). You’ll know they’re finished  when they are golden brown.
  5. Using a silicone or wooden spatula, transfer waffle to a cooling rack and let cool for 3-5 minutes to allow blueberry muffin waffle to get crispy on the outside.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 until all waffles are made.
  7. Top with your favorite toppings (like yogurt, fresh fruit, whipped cream, melted butter, etc.) and Enjoy!
