Stack of Strawberry Cake Waffles on a white plate

Strawberry Cake Mix Waffles in the Dash Mini Waffle Maker

  • Total Time: 7 - 10 min
  • Yield: 12 waffles

  1. Prepare strawberry cake mix per package instructions.
  2. Plug in Dash Mini Waffle Maker and wait for indicator light to go off to show that it’s ready to use.
  3. Spray top and bottom plates with nonstick cooking spray. You will need to do this between every single waffle.
  4. Fill bottom plate with strawberry cake mix batter. Do not overfill.
  5. Close lid and cook for 2-5 minutes (Ours were perfect at 2 minutes, 45 seconds). You’ll know they’re finished  when they are golden brown.
  6. Using a silicone or wooden spatula, transfer waffle to a cooling rack and let cool for 3-5 minutes to allow waffle to get crispy on the outside.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 until all waffles are made.
  8. Top with your favorite toppings (like sliced strawberries, whipped cream, maple syrup, chopped nuts, etc.) and Enjoy!
