Razzle Dazzle Smoothie Recipe for Kids

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 1/2 to 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • sugar, to taste
  • ice cubes


  1. Combine yogurt, orange juice, strawberries, raspberries, banana and sugar in a blender and puree.
  2. Add ice cubes to thicken, 2 or 3 at a time, and put blender on “ice-crush” setting.
  3. The more ice cubes you add, the thicker the smoothie will get.
