- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups orange juice
- 8 large strawberries
- 1/2 to 1 pint raspberries
- 1 banana
- sugar, to taste
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, orange juice, strawberries, raspberries, banana and sugar in a blender and puree.
- Add ice cubes to thicken, 2 or 3 at a time, and put blender on “ice-crush” setting.
- The more ice cubes you add, the thicker the smoothie will get.
