Bailey's Irish Cream and Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake in a clear glass topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and peanut butter cups.

Baileys Irish Cream and Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake Recipe

This is a delightful and indulgent dessert beverage that combines the rich, creamy flavors of Baileys Irish Cream with the sweet and nutty goodness of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. This decadent milkshake is perfect for adults looking to enjoy a grown-up twist on a classic childhood treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 peanut butter cups, chopped
  • Whipped cream and additional peanut butter cups for garnish

Optional Toppings:

  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate sprinkles/shaved chocolate
  • Caramel sauce
  • Maraschino Cherries

    Instructions

    1. Blend the ice cream, milk, Baileys and chopped peanut butter cups in a blender until smooth.
    2. Pour the milkshake into a glass and top with whipped cream and remaining peanut butter cups.
    3. Add any additional toppings

    4. Enjoy!

    Notes

USE CHOCOLATE MILK OR ICE CREAM

Make this extra chocolatey by substituting chocolate milk for the regular milk, or chocolate ice cream for the vanilla ice cream. Going for the ultimate chocolate fix? Swap both the milk and the ice cream for chocolate!

    PUMP UP THE FLAVOR

Add some creamy peanut butter or chocolate syrup to intensify the flavors of the milkshake.

    CRANK UP THE TOPPINGS

Don’t skimp on the fun part! Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce or caramel sauce or chocolate shavings to really take this to the next level.

    TRY DIFFERENT LIQUORS

Sick of Bailey’s or just want to try something new? While Bailey’s Irish Cream is the traditional choice for this recipe, you can experiment with other coffee liqueurs, such as Kahlua or an Irish whiskey of your choice. You could also try peppermint schnapps. Keep in mind that using a different liqueur may change the flavor a bit.
