  • 3/4 ounces Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup hot coffee or espresso
  • 1/2 cup steamed milk
  • 4 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped and melted
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Whipped cream and any other desired toppings


  1. Brew your coffee or espresso.
  2. Steam your milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat once it simmers (don’t let it boil). You can also put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Easy!
  3. Melt peanut butter cups in a microwave safe dish in 30-second increments. Stir will every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  4. Combine coffee, steamed milk, melted peanut butter cups and creamy peanut butter in a blender and blend well.
  5. Pour into a glass or mug and top with whipped cream and any additional toppings.
