Ingredients
- 3/4 ounces Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup hot coffee or espresso
- 1/2 cup steamed milk
- 4 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped and melted
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- Whipped cream and any other desired toppings
Instructions
- Brew your coffee or espresso.
- Steam your milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat once it simmers (don’t let it boil). You can also put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached. Easy!
- Melt peanut butter cups in a microwave safe dish in 30-second increments. Stir will every 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Combine coffee, steamed milk, melted peanut butter cups and creamy peanut butter in a blender and blend well.
- Pour into a glass or mug and top with whipped cream and any additional toppings.
