These mini pumpkin pies are sure to be a family favorite! Made with a purchased graham cracker crust, this is an easy dessert recipe for mini pumpkin pies!

I found mini pie pans with pre-made graham cracker crusts. So cute and wee, I couldn’t pass them up.

I already had the other ingredients in my house, so doing a pumpkin pie mini me was really a perfect choice. Everyone gets their own!

Your family will love these mini pumpkin pies – and they’re so simple to whip together!

Mini Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 12 mini graham cracker pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients together until all incorporated and smooth.
  3. Place pie crusts on cookie sheet.
  4. Fill each crust carefully to the rim.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool on a rack for at least 15 minutes.
