If you have a Dash Mini Waffle Maker, you are going to love making these Mac and Cheese waffles. These delicious mac and cheese waffles are super fun to make, and you can even use your leftover macaroni and cheese!

  • Total Time: 15 min
  • Yield: Varies

Ingredients

  • Cooked Macaroni and Cheese – your choice – can be leftovers, homemade (we love this recipe) or from your favorite box mix like Bob Evans or Kraft.
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Dash Mini Waffle Maker

Instructions

  1. Prepare Macaroni and Cheese per recipe or package instructions.
  2. Plug in Dash Mini Waffle Maker and wait for indicator light to go off to show that it’s ready to use.
  3. Spray both top and bottom plates with nonstick cooking spray. You will need to do this with every single waffle.
  4. Fill bottom plate with mac and cheese. Do not overfill. Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Using a silicone or wooden spatula, transfer waffle to a cooling rack and let cool for 3-5 minutes to allow waffle to get crispy on the outside.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 until all waffles are made.
  7. Top with your favorite mac and cheese toppings (like bacon crumbles, extra cheese, ketchup, salt and pepper, etc.) and Enjoy!
