With three little kids, aching varicose veins and a muffin top that threatens to expose itself on a daily basis – it’s important for me to exercise as often as I can.
In fact – I try to squeeze in a workout every single day.
Now – don’t be jealous or think I’m bragging. Some days (most days) – that workout is 20 minutes or less. But that’s enough for me to work up a sweat, work out a little angst and keep myself from doubling my weight every month due to my outrageously high consumption of Crisco.
It’s also enough to keep me looking like this.
I’ve mentioned before that I exercise in my underwear at home – and that’s still pretty much the case. I don’t always have time for the gym – so I like to do what I can at home – as quickly as possible.
