Happy Groundhog’s Day!
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to spend Groundhog’s Day in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. And Even Steven and I have decided that next year is our year. We’re loading up the RV and celebrating with the groundhog!
Groundhog’s Day 2014, here we come!
What You May Have Missed this Week
Monday – I shared how you can be ready for company in 20 minutes or less!
I totally needed these tips this week when my mom, dad and grandma came for a visit. (PS – the baby wipes are used to wash your armpits and your face… in case you didn’t know…)
Tuesday – I complained about something I’m apparently not allowed to complain about. And if you leave a comment, you could win a $1,000 gift card to purchase your favorite LEGO® products!.
Wednesday – 20 Ways to Love Your Weekends – some of them are serious, some are silly. Most of them actually will help you love your weekends – even though you don’t get to sleep in.
Thursday – I made a super creepy present for Even Steven while we were dating. And it has his real name on it. You can see it here. (And – yes – I’ll share why I call him Even Steven in a post this week.)
Friday – My dorm room was messy. It was my fault. And last week, I found pictures of just how messy it was. You can see them here.

Wish Me Luck
As part of my blog redesign, I’m getting my picture taken.
By a professional.
The fabulous Holly Burkholder of Holly Burkholder Photography is taking my new head shots, and I am so nervous. I haven’t had my picture taken professionally since… my wedding, maybe?
I have no clue what to wear, how to smile, how to not look totally and utterly dumb. Seriously – wish me luck!
Oh – and in case you missed it – you’ve submitted over 50 captions for the ridiculous picture I took of Simon this week. Click here to add your caption idea to the list.
